Man a 2.6mb MP3 is really unessisary for just a short track sample for IDing. Real pain in the arse for dial-up users.

Yeah welcome to Australia! My Swedish friend couldn't belive it when he walked into a busy internet cafe (with a dozen or so computers) in the centre of Sydney and they told him the bandwidth for the whole cafe was around 2 or 3mb/s. He laughed cos he said back home he'd get around 15mb/s all to himself and with no download restrictions. So anyway he popped open his laptop then used a download manager and proceded to leach nearly all the bandwith for the whole cafe to himself, much to everyone else's frustration I might add.
Broadband is getting cheaper in Australia now but you still have to pay for how much you want to download. Uncapped plans are pretty darn pricey. A lot of people still use dial-up.
