oh man, what a mission it was to get to see infusion. But despite the rain and train delay and other factors, infusion was prettty sick. First time seeing them and i have to say...NIIIIICE! it was great too cause we got there exactly 1 min before they began. So i guess it all worked out prefectly.
Took a mission to 69, the ill chinese food spot in chinatown(if youre in chinatown, 69 is the place to hit up). Had the illest chicken & brocolli w/ pork fried rice for ONLY $3.75 ...UNBEATABLE and prefect way to end a weekday!

anytime
i appreciate good cheap food!
also check out
Joe's Shanghai on Pell Street (usually crowded)
or
Joe's Ginger on Mott St between Canal and Hester
-go for their famous soup dumplings (crab is definitely a winner)
other recommended cheap eats in chinatown is
Malaysian Rest.
There is a tunnel running from Elizabeth to Bowery between Bayard st and Canal St. Like a tunnel going through the block, there is a malaysian rest in the tunnel, also superb if you are in the curry mode

oh man....that soup is beyond mouthwatering. It reminds me of the soup episode in seinfeld. lol be having ppl waiting on lines and shit praying that you wont hear those swearing words, "NO SOUP FOR YOU."
