could try some solvents?.. best to check first which ones are safe to use tho. Id prob try with sum IPA (rubbing alchol/ethenol same stuff) and give the record a damn good clean. Id had a vinyl in the past (destination sunshine.. damn what a classic ) with beer and all sorts over it. After a clean (I used water and a dishcloth) it worked fine. It was unplayable before.

try cleaning a small section with just water a dishcloth and plenty of elbow grease while resting the vinyl on a flat surface.. assume theres shit in the grooves and aim to clean em out and see what happens. Failing that its just the record ..
