Never played on a rotary mixer but I can see how it would make mixing a lot smoother...x-fader is too sensitive probably because it was invented with scratching in mind.

i actually got lucky and ordered the xone 92 linear and was shipped the rotary inside a linear package.

uhh, so basically, ur saying, use the level as cues, and use the gain as levels?

ha ha ha, i might just try that... but i can't get the dB right, before mixing in, which kinda sux... :S
