I think certain types of vehicles are more of a target..for instance I hear alot of these mojados are hitting certain SUVs for the dvd players they come with. I dunno...kinda sad you cant have nothin you worked hard for anymore.

Put a big fat 1st Cavalry Division sticker and a car magnet that says "Iraq Veteran" on your shit and you'll be amazed at how jackasses will avoid messing with your ride. On my last trip up to Kansas City, three vehicles in the parking lot got broken into around my truck, which no one touched. Might be coincidence, might be luck, might be someone who knows that given enough impetus the owner of said vehicle might just be inclined to hunt them down by scent and plant an IED in their front lawn disguised as a garden gnome. Your guess is as good as mine, of course.

When I had my RX-7 back in 02, someone attepted to open my hood to steal shit from the inside (thinking my car had NOS, Turbos, and the whole 9 yards lol)I was at Elvia's nightclub on fondren and found my hood was scratched like never before seen in the parking lot. Once I got inside the car i found the head unit to my car was missing. I figured "well why the hell didnt they just get the whole thing out"?

It was one weird ass night though...cops everywhere and shit.
