To me, i think it's Hardstyle(One my favs genres). The lights, The Energy, The People, and the best dj's from all around the world bringing the banging choons and of course the best outfits the Dj's wear.
I've only been to mostly trance events. went to a house/breakbeat event too. haha Qlimax looks fun. I want to see one of these types of DJ spin in a massive here in the states. Only hardstyle , hard trance or anything hard DJ i know is YOJI BIOMEHANIKA. this guy is crazy. hahaha. Have you seen his appearance and the way he dresses in real life? It clearly reflects himself and his music style. What are other good hardstyle DJs?
Off topic:
Do any of you happen to know some god dj's in that genre, because I am quite new to the whole trance genre, and therefore don't know a lot about a lot of the good dj's. I am most interested in hardstyle/hardcore, so if any of you could give me a tip, PM or in this thread
i would appreciate it

I didnt like the video. I thought the DJ's looked strange and I thought the trance was cheesy.
I prefer clubs to outdoor festivals or raves. Spinning house or somehting like that. Some artists I enjoyed seeing over this past summer: Seb Fontaine, Zabiela, Luke Fair, to G & D made the nights at clubs an exciting time.

i prefer techno events
in a trance club i tend to find that people take themselfs to seriously all that hands in the air bollocks i find them more stuck up aswell.

same here i find that clubs have a more intimate atmosphere
usually at big festivals most people just stand there looking bored out there head only the front 2 rows will be really dancing.
lol about that video. Science & Religion rocks, and I love hardstyle (I love all music), but it looks like they're sieg heiling hahaha so funny.
As said, I can't decide. I love it all!

Very true, it all depends.
I agree with everyone who said Psy/Goa. Astral Projection's live PA was incredible when I saw them in DC last summer. Also whoever said Chemical Brothers was correct as well, they put on awesome light and visual shows.
I think it all rests on how fun the event is, regardless of the genre. I must say, though, that The Crystal Method, by far, was one of the best live shows I've seen.
