Synthol abuse at its finest...When synthol is injected into a muscle it causes extreme rapid growth of the muscle...but in more of a round shape...thats why these ******s look so retarded and unproportional.

synthol does not cause any growth in muscle tissue. It just fills a pocket of the muscle with oil. The body begins to metabolize it and eventually after 2-3 years it must be injected again.
