If you have enough...get the one that's already soldered to the PCB. I didn't have enough on my CC so I had to get the pitch fader only.

Nah, I solder just about all day at work. I work for a semiconductor company in the applications department. I solder on $12,000+ boards a lot I'm not worried about soldering.
