you must sleep! LOTS! take nyquil at night to get you to sleep abit better and out faster, and if you must got to work and feel like total shit, you can take dayquil during the day. it makes you feel so much better, and will help you get thur the work day easyier.
drinks lots of water and liquids kelly!! ESPECIALLY NOW! haha!
and again, sleep lots and rest 
theres nothing magic that will get your body better, its just gotta fight it, and all you can do it help your body put more energy into fighting it. by sleeping lots, and staying hydrated
