DON'T go into dark alleys with Dominican guys that don't speak english to find some weed! LOL... actually it was really exiting and scary at the same time... such a rush... but then this guy dressed all in blak on a scooter started to circle us and shout while we were trying to negotiate a reasonable price for the two little bags. We paid them what they wanted after that... and looking back.. lucky they didn't take more from us
Such a great story when told in full detail... I'll never forget it... and it was SUCH shitty weed too... ugh... but it was worth gaining an awesome story...
we bought herbs from a guy when we were there....and found out a day later that the cops busted him...
i know in dominican they have tourist police that let you do whatever u want really (within reason)
but for the locals....dam they get treated HARSH!!
