well, IMHO, there are few CD's out there that are better than the EARLY TTF ones... I'm finding some Global underground and essential mixes not too bad. a couple Fabric CD's aren't bad either, but not all that shit hot. as for ISOS.. there are some good ones, and some that are just OK

I like the CD's that are upbeat.. but god damn it if they have too many vocals... I'm currently listening to ttf 15 cd1. another one which I think was well put together. for me, the choice of tracks is #1 for rating a cd, the mixing, well I can let that slide

James holden is good, I saw him live, his songs are good, but at least at the show I was at, he needed a little more experience which I'm sure he'll get.. there were just some times between songs where you'd feel like a moron standing still, but there wasn't enough of a beat there to be able to move to.. I'm looking forward to his stuff in the future

Ferry Corsten.. seen twice, will go every time he's in town, postively fantastic live, he's the dj who got me into the entire electronica scene, and will forever be grateful to hm for that (MOS TN2 & 3), on the way back from one of his shows we were waiting for a cab, then he comes along with a couple people.. we let him take ours

I saw Max gramham too.. I can't remember that one thoug, got too plastered.. Crystal Method sucked so badly, 40$ for a show on a weeknight, they get on stage for a 1 1/2 hour set starting at 1 am.. that's bullsh*t, then they never even played any good songs until the last 3... very disappointed since I really like the Vegas cd
