it was really just a weird co-incidence that it read that mileage when i had stopped for gas. i never would have noticed it just driving along on the road [as i usually don't look at anything remotely near the spedometer.....oops].

but then again, yeah, i just thought i'd share. haha

I used to drive about 40k miles a year. The past year or 2 its been down to about 10k a year or less.

i wanted to take a pic when i hit 111,111.11 miles (11 is my lucky #)... but i couldn't exactly stop on the side of the freeway.

i've got ~115k miles on my '98 Accord.

-Bought last week in august
-05 civic new

daily drive
-drive 36.7 x 10/week = 367/week just for work back and forth
-visit GF at school, 210 miles each way


right now = 7,600 miles


I calculated work, 18K/year and thats not counting weekend driving. Sucks having to pay for you own car

1)Downpayment
2)Monthly payment
3)Month;ly Insurance
4)Gas
5)Wear and tear, can't wait. Already got a nick on the side first day I drove the car home and recently a mini crack in the front windshield So many close call accidents already that I take the buggers over that I guess

yeah i put about 36,000 on my car last year ....sucks :/

Still as new. I'm not getting rid of my Subaru until it either explodes or crashes
