sometimes u dont even need to be strong, u just need the momentum and agility. however the agility u either got it or u dont. agility can be improved it just cat be created :P

yeah get that video online , id love to see it.

ive wathced a few documentaries on it alreay(cbc newsworld and tlc(or discovery)

its quite interesting. its nice to see something that involves getting your heart rate up to become something kids like to do.

I hope to see more kids doing it around here. just be careful and hope they dont ban that shit . lol "free running is not a crime"
