So just curious, who's got the longest walk? I mapquested mine to be 3.05 miles from 14th to my office at the end of Broadway. It takes 55 minutes - 1 hour. And I thought my feet were sore sometimes after a hard night of dancing.

Well this is what I have been doing since Monday.....

Walk from my place to the SI Ferry (I think its about a mile) get on the ferry (with 9,000 other people that never ride it). Get dropped off downtown, take a 12 minute walk to the PATH station at WTC, get on the PATH, swingf by Jersey real quick (Hi Jersey -- Bye Jersey) and then get dropped off at 31st Street and 6th, Jobs on 31st between 6th and 7th. All in all it hasn't been that bad. Though I am lucky that the SI ferry is still runnung, its run by the DOT!!! The only thing that really sicks is that I took the 8:15 Ferry this morning and got to work at 9:40. Normally I take the 9:00 Ferry and get to work at 9:45.

i'd just like to say that for the very first time since i left manhattan i was actually happy to be working in CT and not have to deal with any crazniess.

but now that the strike is over, i hate connecticut again.
