all good presents this year...

however, as christmas day was a lax affair at my mums house this year i just went over for some lunch... instead of watching the parades, we turned over to SBS..

talk about a headfvck.. already feeling abit scat, but look at this for a story line..

Santa Claus Conquers the Martians (1964)

The Martians need a dose of fun with Santa Claus and decide to borrow him from Earth for a while. It's just a few weeks before Christmas and Santa and his helpers are busy getting everything ready but on Mars, Kimar is worried about his children. All they do is watch Earth programs, they can't sleep without sleep spray and they're not interested in food. It's because there are no real children on Mars, as they all have adult minds from the electronic teaching machines attached to their brains when they're born. Kimar decides they must learn how to play, have fun and be children. To do this they need Santa Claus on Mars so Kimar decides to visit Earth and bring Santa back.

it was lame beyond all comprehension.. but definately was addictive as i had to find out what happened!!! it was just so cheesy.. i wonder if anyone else managed to catch it
