That reminds me of someone i talked to last week, on his 19th birthday which was over 6 years ago, he got drunk but not full drunk. Apparently there was no one on the street but only his friend which was in another car, they tried to race and they see a red light up ahead. While the friend and him try go through it, they succeed without hitting the red to cop a flash but on the other side was a girl trying to kill her self. This guy had seen her walking on the side of the road but with alcohol, it slows down your reaction to danger. Next thing you know, the girl has jumped in front of the car to perform a suicide and you have her head through the windscreen and having her ear cut off on his lap.

Excessive drinking doesn't make you cool, it makes you a fool.

The morality with that has to do with how drunk she is. Like a little tipsy, still knows whats going on...I don't see it being wrong. Passing in and out of consciousness, not knowing whats going on, having no will against it...thats rape.
