Not really. The Pounding Grooves series is completely released on 10", for example (except for one). They're at no. 36 now, I believe.

7" and 10" vinyls are more common in underground metal scene. They still put their stuff on them today. I think it's the leatherpants that makes them to satisfy on just 7" and 10". I myself prefer 12" more, but then again I wear more loose pants.
