Techno is to blame for al the drugs in the clubs; not trance.

I even dare to state that most of the TRUE trance listeners don't take drugs.

Tell that to all the psychedelic hippies who were listening to trance long before you even knew what it was.

I reckon drugs is not the only problem. Many people are simply drunk and it can cause extreme situations. E.g. durning Mayday prototypes 2005 PL one man(23y.o.) died from drugs overdose. I wouldn't have fun and wouldn't party more , if I saw sb's death. Another example is that a boy ( 16 y.o.) was found dead ( he was completely drunk ) in treanch ; 8 km far from a place where he was celebrating New Year. I don't believe he could walk 8 km being completely dunk. Maybe someone had helped him ... ? Who knows ...

I don't like when people are raving when taken drugs because they are often agressive. I agree with PVD that ,,you don't have to take drugs to feel the rhythm" !!

i hate raves for that specific reason... no greater buzzkill than to be surrounded by a bunch of washing machines. i would say probably 90% of people at raves are TRASHED on dope

Read any book on the history of clubbing, raves, acid house, etc. It was all catalyzed by drugs. People these days, in attempting to adapt to the fact that the secret is out, are trying to deny reality. Good luck on that.

Better to fight the system, I figure... not that I do drugs, of course.

1st: Paul van Dyk takes drugs by hilmself!

2nd: People on drunks especially XTC or weed aren't agressive at all. They love all other people and are just happy. Only people who drink too much alcohol turn agressive...

And if you put all drug-taking people away from a party it will be a VERY boring party...

Any why you don't like to party with these people? What's so wrong about them?
