I rather enjoyed Jack Black's performance in this film, even if he didn't rock out at any point during its three-hour duration. I nearly fell asleep during the first 60 minutes, but past that I thought it was plenty entertaining. And I can't have been alone, because nobody in the cinema got bored enough to start throwing things at me.
