Guys, what is done is done...
Saying the flyer is ugly is not the kind of help we need to get Trancefused off the ground. Is there any sense of OC trance community ? Do you guys want to have a strong chance at playing at Trancefused in the future ? Aren't you tired of the OC scene the way it is right now ?
For that to happen, we need all of you to be supportive, and negative comments will not help, as obviously there won't be any next time if this saturday is not successful.
I hope it does make sense for all of you. I'm into this for the music, and I WILL lose money this saturday no matter what. You do the math : 400 capacity maximum, $4500 spent, no cut on the bar tab, and an average ticket price of $12... And let's not forget the DJ guestlists and other comps, which obviously don't bring any money...

That is exactly the reason why I'm trying to get Trancefused started. Like you, I'm tired of driving up to L.A. for good trance clubbing, and let's not even mention the ticket prices, usually $25 and above...
Good going man. Now this is the kind of support we need in O.C., and as said before, if we're successful this saturday, the big name DJs are already lined-up...
With ticket prices like these and this kind of talent for the 21st, there's no reason for the Trance community (if there's one) not to be supportive.

It's entirely dependent on ticket sales / number of people showing up, yes.
Ticket sales because if I lose too much money then I can't keep going and reinvest in the upcoming events; number of people showing up because if the club I'm using doen't make enough money on the bar they will not give me the location any longer.

I will try to show up!!! However, isn't a capacity crowd of 400 a bit too small? If this thing does take off?

400 is small capacity by L.A. standards, yes, but as you may have guessed if you've been in O.C. for a while, it's no small task to get 250 people to show up for trance in O.C., let alone 400...
Besides, we need to make a statement this saturday and prove to the club business that it is possible to have a Trance club on a saturday night in O.C., then we will have leverage to go to a bigger place if need be...
Are you guys getting the message here ? I hope so.
Well, let's get that same message across the O.C. club business (yes, they are watching).
