If you want a real roast beef sandwich, heres the way its done:

1 - Get a bagel or roll of your choice (Fresh), toast it if you like it toasted.
2 - Put alittle mayo on the bagel or roll, too much takes away from the taste of the meat.
3 - Next, get 2 slices of Muenster cheese - one on each slice of bread.
4 - 4 slices of Roast Beef (The meat MUST be a reddish color, meat that is not a reddish color is either old or from the ends of the cut - which are too dry and dont taste good)
5 - Than get some shreaded lettuce and put a bunch of it on top of the meat (If you like tomatoes, throw those in too)
6 - (This is optional to those that like this)
- 6a - You can sprinkle some salt and pepper on there
- 6b - Salt, pepper, oil and vinegar
- 6c - A cap full of Peter Luger's Steak Sauce *my preference*
7 - Close it up and enjoy.

Don't even touch it! A good ham sandwich depends more on the cut of the ham & the taste of it, there's no sauces needed at all, nothing other than good meat, flora & bread

as for the beef, best one ever = beef, bread, flora, onion, cucumber & iceberg lettuce. No sauce, no fancy shit.

I must apologise, I thought american cheese was gabriel & dresden, thomas datt & the likes. It looks way processed though. only one cheese in the world worth eating.
