A few more tips...

- You can pay with DOLLARS everywhere in Mexico. If you, do, it's around $10 Pesos for every dollar. That means if a soda costs $10 MND (Pesos), it costs $1 Dollar.

- ATM Machines accept US ATM Cards. But don't use them at night unless you really have to. Your bank will also charge you a fee.

- CELL PHONES... My T-Mobile cell phone works in most of the clubs in TJ & in Rosarito without roaming. If your cell phone changes and it says TELCEL on it, you're on the mexican bandwith. That means you might receive phone calls, but you can't dial out. You can only call local TJ Numbers and it's EXPENSIVE! (Around $1 USD a minute).

These are the Mexican 7-11's. They're open 24-Hrs.

There's two crossing point of entry. If you go come back through the main one, it's open 24 hrs. If you go through OTAY (The Airport), it closes at 10pm.
