I have two stories.

So I ordered a track jacket, a tshirt, and a hat from this website and payed for 3-day deliever so that I could get it before NYE (I wanted to wear the jacket/hat on NYE because they are hotness). A week goes by and nothing, I check my order on the website and it says that my order is still pending. I send an e-mail and they inform me that due to the transit strike in New York any orders made after Dec 17th were not processed and they will be done as soon as possible. Here it is a month and a half later and still no clothes. Pretty shitty, I emailed them again and haven't heard a response.

For Christmas my girlfriend ordered me the Delta Heavy DVD from amazon.com, I was super excited because she said she didn't order it and she would buy it for me as soon as it came out in stores. Imagine my surprise when I opened my present on Christmas Day (my very 1st Christmas mind you) to find the receipt for a pre-ordered copy of Delta Heavy. I almost cried . Anyway it said on the receipt that expected due date for deilvery was December 24th...yeah still haven't gotten that DVD. There's no customer service number for Amazon is there?
