As it turned out, my plans for Club Five didn't happen. My car battery decided to die on me, not long after I found a decent parking spot a few blocks from Club Five. Right when I decided to move my car again, the car wouldn't start. GEICO sent someone to jumpstart my car, and I decided it would be better to go home after the battery was recharged. I'm going to have my car checked in the morning. Never mind that I had taken my VW Jetta for the 35k mile check-up a few weeks ago. Oh well...at least I didn't have to deal with this battery surprise at 5 am.
