don't mean to be picky, but nOOb's would want the right info...
It is the shielding which prevents interference, and the best shielding is copper braid as long as it is TIGHT weave. This gives strength aswell as shielding.
If the cables are going to be a permanent installation, foil wrap is also an option, but can break down with constant movement - hence the 'permnt install'
