Its true padre isnt for everyone, it WILL rain during texas week. it always does. there will be dumbasses that cant control themselves or their alcohol intake. your experiences are true and there are many many more from previous years, but most people find a way to enjoy it. if you stay in the middle to south part of SPI expect trouble because thats where EVERYONE goes. if you are up in the north right before the bahia mar you should be ok (its a "residential area" so still have spring breakers but substansially less). im sorry to hear that ur not going but one year you should try it out. just remember to NOT go overboard on the cost of the condo and plan your spring break in the beginning of jan.! lates

Well I totally understand about the OU stuff, because I despise anyone who is a Sooner, and totally understand what kind of pricks they are. If someone is fucking with your girlfriend then yea you've got to do what you've got to do. I would probably react the same as you did. I was just saying I personally haven't had anyone start shit with me for no reason while I was there.

As far as the MTV thing goes, I don't like MTV either and thats not the point I was trying to make. What I meant was that the MTV crew stays there because they know it's the best place to stay, and thats where there are the best beach parties and the most fine girls staying. They don't do any filming there at the hotel, and I think in the last year or two MTV has completely stopped filming at Padre.
