Totally agree with you on this, exactly what I was feeling was "missing" aswell, but instead of adjusting the guitar I will a different guitar that goes along with the guitar, aswell as the piano later on.

Hi Fredrik!
This is a really nice tune! Though it could need some work.
The composition and melodies are great! I really like that guitar and piano.
The kick is to loud.
The buildup is to long in my opinion, after 3:20 it starts to happening stuff. You could have introduced that earlier I think...
You've got a very nice bassline.
The guitar is a bit high in frequencies. (what synth made the guitar?)
That filtered synth after 6:33 is great.
Good percs...
I really hope that you work some more on this, because it is very good...
Keep it up!

I concur, 1+ .
Keep it up.
Kopi =o.

only minor changes being made from now on
uploaded a new version again, the guitar is better (I added another guitar to work with the main one) and better in volume imo but its a damn bitch to get right
Thanks for all the feedback once again
Kopi you still find the kick too loud and buildup too long?! I mean when Speactra said that, the track was in a early state

I cant hear any difference, you must have forgotten to post the new link?
Oh baby, yes. Similar to the old Rebirth of Trance style and that can only be a good thing. It's immense. The buildup is really sweet as well and just floats from progression to progression. The guitar dosen't really sound like it belongs in this tune but the atmosphere and break more than make up for it.
I think a piano should be used instead of a guitar for that more euphoric feeling but that is only my preference.
1) I like the bassline although you might try to fatten it up just a bit. It has the potential to be a rather driving force behind your track but gets a bit washed out.
2) When your first main melody comes in at around 2:24, you might want to put an additonal effect behind it so it sounds a bit more gradual when it drops in.
3) Nice melodies. They all work together and build nicely.
4) Work on the crash just a bit. Its a bit loud and abrasive compared to the rest of the percussion.
5) I agree speactra, when the track comes in after the gutair intro it looses some of the effect.
6) I like the piano. It works well with the track.
Keep at it. We all have our styles so this is just my 2cents. Looking forward to hearing the final piece.
