I'm 18 now and i started listening to trance when the hardcore/gabber started to lose popularity. That would be about 4 years ago i guess. The rough hardcore tunes didn't work anymore so i started searching for something new and more uplifting. Since then i've been listening to trance, and it seems that i finally found 'my' music. I've never been to a real rave (just attended smaller partys), mostly because of the minimum-age stuff, but i'm planning on going to DanceVally and the LoveParade in Berlin next year.

Just turned 16 on October 30th...I've been partying to 2 years now, and I got my first set at a party 1 day before my birthday, Best Birthday present ever.

I'm 19 (near enuf), got into the clubbing scene when 16, my 1st night out was the original Creamfields......
Been going to illegal events in a local club for nigh on 2 years (lots of drugs, v.v.messy), just been closed down

I started off liking trance, got a wider variety now, but Hard House nowadays.

Hey! i'm 22, and first rave was in july, 2000. Been into freestyle and dance music in the early and mid 90s, moved into house, then trance last year. I rave about once a month

im 16, really got into trance 2 years ago, and started my collection, never had the priviledge to go to see somebody live unfortunately. I really dont have anyone to go with to a rave or anything. Although me and a couple friends have some turntables and we play around on em during the weekend. One of my friends is a relitively good dj. He spun @ monster massive. I really enjoy trance, and most electronic music. Im not old enough to hit any of the clubs, so im a deprived child I know that there is some raves, but i have nobody to go with. hehe... o well. If anyone lives in Southern Cali, tell me. hehe... owell ill grow up eventually, then i will hit the club scene

djnaeblis, just go to a rave by yourself! You'll make tons of friends I'm sure, everyone there is soo friendly (even those who aren't on E )
Seriously though, you don't need to go to a rave knowing anyone to have a good time... unless getting a ride to them is your problem :P

I am 20 years old right now...and I was exposed to trance music about 3 years ago..before that..all I listened to was rap..but now..all I listen to is trance...
I didnt start hitting clubs 'till last summer..been going to clubs like EXIT and Twilo..havent gone to a real "rave " yet... Can't wait for this friday..I am gonna go back to NyC for my thanksgiving break and probably gonna go see Sasha & Digweed spin at Twilo..
