Most ALL of TOTA hated his fucking performance! He played very -mininal- techno (which doesn't appear to go over well in TO, esp. at Guvvy). I, on the other hand, quite enjoyed his set. But I'm a fan of Picotto...

He did look out of it though... and towards the end he really ticked off everyone by spinning for an extra 45-50 mins into Blank & Jones' given set time!

That seemed poor of him (though maybe there was a reason besides his own desire just spin for an extra 45 minutes). Plus his last track... MY GOD... it was killing everyone... sounded like he took the track and just looped the dang thing for 20 minutes!

Also, word from MTLTAs was that his set in Montreal the night before absolutely KICKED ASS!!!!!!!

So I dunno if its just the shit he was playing we here in TO hated, or that he just plain blew balls in TO and kicked arse in Montréal!

Some friends and I drove out to Aria Montreal to see Mauro and JXL... He absolutly tore the crowd apart... Fantastic show! Highly recommended.
