People are too hypersensitive and afraid to be responsible parents.

Besides, IT IS about context - it's the name of a play!!!

Why would the child ask what a "vagina" is and not what a "monologue" is?? And if he/she does - it's 'cause they've already heard it before...so he/she might as well get an explanation from the parent.
