I'm not trying to be the Bush-appologist (let's not go through at again) here. The more I think about it, the more sense it makes not to mention it so close to 9/11. But 4 years?? I mean, how long should you wait?
I understand that it's great support for the overall war on terror, (/obvious) so when do you pull that kind of ace out of your sleeve?
