Had some comments on CD3 left (most of them written before the release, hence the ID's, can't be arsed copy-pasting it all, tl is on page 1):
Set as a whole:
Tracklisting looks M.A.G.N.I.F.I.C.E.N.T. to me; all good tunes imo. Hard Uplifting Trance set with a classics approach. Very trance.
1. Kamaya Painters - Cryptomnesia (Ian^)
Classic, great, it begins kinda hard, then softens up, and XDR takes over (rather early)
2. Push - Strange World (2000 Remake) (XDR)
Excellent mix, great track.
3. ID - ID [sounds like a M.O.R.P.H., Arc In The Sky production with an Ian Van Dahl melody or something](DJ Alex)
The track is cutting back on the mix's euphoria initially, then it comes back a little; it's harder. It's a nice track imo, though a little under mean value in this mix. Introducing a little evolution in there.
I feel the mix as rather abrubt; I keep following the Push track till 10:50.
4. Sinead O'Connor - Troy (Phoenix From The Flame) (Push Remix) (The Freezzz)
Sounds somewhat off-key to me. But we need keychanges, great tunes was what it's about and it was performed well. Great mix, What a tune.
5. Stoneface & Terminal vs. Ronski Speed - Incognition (Original Mix) (Isoterra)
Different key in my ears. Mix is excellent, great track.
6. ID - ID (vA|sYn[D]rOm)
Tech, and how. Bit drastic but it fits imo. Great mix, nice track to try and shift style; I like it, too.
7. ID - ID [sounds a bit like Megamind with Picotto and the likes with a serious melody when I didn't expect it anymore] (Trickysaer)
Slowly substitudes tech for hardtrance. Just about perfect mix for me (just fading a little too fast to my liking at the end there), but when I listen to the mix under normal circumstances, I always go 'hey wtf vA|'s track is gone & I never heard the mix'. Great track selection, this called for the DJ Scot Project Remix to follow.
8. Cosmic Gate - Fire Wire (DJ Scot Project Remix) [Stevieboy32808]
I was hoping to see either this one or The Second Trip in there, delighted that it is. Pity the first track wasn't faded a little earlier though (and/or Fire Wire mixed in more aggressively at the end): 39:10: loses a little loudness right there for me; otherwise it's great, nicely exploited the harmony of the tunes, love it.
9. Darren Tate - Prayer For A God [Psylo]
Great track, always loved it. Great mix. First time I heard it, I honestly said, hey, cool mix; well I keep saying that actually lol.
10. Sunblind - Believe (Nu-NRG Extended Mix) [Evelon]
Aha, nice vocal tune, pretty old Nu-NRG feel, it's raining classics. Comes in rather hard beatwise, mah, it's good, Seriously, the mix is great, enjoy the release at 50:10.
11. Duende - Ilimitado (Original Mix) (DJ Metatron)
T.U.N.E. I didn't know it, so that was a revelation for me. Very driving, highly uplifting. I love uplifting. I felt this as a powerful track, for me this was seriously raising energy. It was getting a bit of a classics set up till the beginning of this track. Has to be new stuff too. Excellent Mix.
12. Moonstone - Hidden Bay (Original Mix) with traces of Shakta - Lepton Head (Deedrah Remix) (Belgian Bonzai)
13 ID - ID (Rockabye)
Damn, long time I heard that one. Classic, how's that for reciprocity? Mixing's great.
