actually i have to disagree, if anything, some tracks are really shit at their original speed. some examples
Blaze - When i fall in love (antiloop remix) sounds way to fast as it's original speed, it's a darkish house record and don't need to played at prog speeds.
Remy & Roland Klinkenberg - Till Ya Drop! is way to slow at it's original pace. it's a tech(trance) record and needs to be played at +6 atleast

They're talking about bmp-change in the track itself, as in parts of the track going faster or slower, not increasing or decreasing the bmp of the whole track. There are many examples of tracks that sounds better when they are pitched up or down
