Oh damn it! I guess Yankee Baby and I should have been at Pacha instead of at the Vagina Monologues! Anyone wanna do it again tonight? The Kelly's are ready to go...

Yesss.. the little breaks section was kick ass AND people were actually dancing. Incredible!

You missed some good stuff at the end - funky, somewhat chill, yet still grooving vocal stuff zabi style and at around 5:30 we got a whole ableton mashup of Egoexpress - Aranda. He closed with that July sunset song and threw in a ridiculously awesome encore. Huuuge bassline!!

Thanks for the good times JZ!

Took him a while to get going but around 3:30 there were some real sick beats.

I can honestly say that dancing to the breaks was one of my favorite clubbing moments ever. Everyone seemed to be having such a good time... unlike at other places where the DJ drops a break and everyone stands around looking pretty.

Also, the Pacha crowd is so good. That was my third time there and every time the crowd has been great.

Perfect amount of scratching and effects. I could have used a smidge more samples, from movies and stuff. But the sampling from other tracks was pretty dope too. I'm disappointed I had to leave when I did. If it were up to me, I would've stayed till the end. But... I hope after last night, Pacha books him again sometime soon.

First time at Pacha and think its a great Space....super weird, brough back SF memories, that was my first club in the city so its was a lot of Whoa!!! I like the way you could got to all 5 floors, I like it soooooooo much more then Crobar, but I've always hated Crobar. I hope Pacha gets more big names there and of course has JZ come back again.....I'll be honest the music was great, I danced more last night then I have in a long long long time, I couldn't stop, but at times I had to stop and get a good look at JZ.....yummy!!!

Thumbs up for me!!!

Amazing night, I haven't heard a set this good since...ever. I'm not a big fan of breaks, but damn it sounded good last night. His first 2 hours and the last hour were the best, unbelievable. I was really tired the last half hour, but couldn't stop dancing my ass off, so good
I would've liked a bit more scratching though.

Egoexpress - Knartz IV
DK - Murder Was The Bass (some breaks remix)
Aphex Twin - Windowlicker

Can't remember the name of other songs I recognized.

The opener was pretty good, really liked the last our of his set, anyone know his name?

Also, it was my first time at Pacha and I guess it's an ok place. The sound system wasn't that great, it had way too much bass, I'm still feeling a bit deaf

still on hiatus from clubbing but it WAS james zabiela and it was free...so i thought id go, good excuse to check out PACHA for the first time ever...the pre-meetup at TGIF's is cool

def liked the place -- i was getting REAL tired of Crobar and Spirit (i actually always liked Spirit over Crobar until up about a month ago). It wasn't crowded, the sound system was awesome, and the light setup on the main floor is probably one of the best ive ever seen in the city, they just seem to come out from everywhere!!! I didn't get up to the top floor but yeah being able to walk around the club freely was definitely a PLUS.

I soo love James Zabiela's unique style when he throws down sets. I would stop dancing from time to time cuz i was tired but those beats made me want to continue on.

it was NOT a lee hotti night so that just made it all that much sweeter.

I loved the TA turnout, great to see u guys out, its always a GREAT time!! and Jay (hitokiri) kept making us laugh all night ahha.

would def LOVE to see Pacha get other djs there! I still have to check out Steve Angello nights, I hope he comes back real soon

The opener was Stadenco, he plays a lot @ Sin Sin, he's really good. I love that Pacha is supporting local talent a lot, Sleepy and Boo in the basement were great too...
