Haha, pretty funny, I'm guessing the dude's inspiration were some of the crazy prenup agreements people make.
Read a thing on MSN.com or somewhere on some celebrity prenups, and there were things like the woman had to stay under 120lbs otherwise she forfeited the beach house, or the guy was limited to only watching 1 or 2 football games every Sunday, aside from the more obvious money related matters.
I suppose this guy really isn't that far off from that....
