Yes. (Far too) Long ago, though.

No. Not for the parade itself, at least. There are various parties held in the parade weekend, either free or with an admission.

for example, sets of main/known dj's like pvd etc., are they held in those parties, or just on the street, with all the buses etc., on the Brandenburger Tor? caus when i go there, i'd like to see some (perhaps all, if possible) big dj's of course

Waar als Roderick & Anne Fleur gingen hockeyen, Jack stoer verklaarde: “Laat er house zijn en housemuziek werd geboren”. Waar ongelovigen toch predikten “God made me funky, and I’m glad He blessed me this way”.

does the word trance no longer exist in Germany?

Just saying that because of the headline.

Germans have used "techno" as a common term for electronic music as a whole for a long time. Especially when it comes to the media.

The LP committee specifically wants to have a broad approach and wants to be a) as international as possible and b) show as many EDM sytles as possible

It is not possible to talk about lineups atm. Expect to see some of the really big names around the Siegessäule at the end of the parade. In the past they connected the sound systems of the trucks lining up around the Siegessäule and then have some international top acts play for about 20 minutes each.

What after-parties will be held is still very open, but I expect that the biggest party will be the lovebase which has always had a good trance lineup.

You can not expect some big events accompanying the LP like the "Energy" in Zuerich at the day of the streetparade. It`s never been like that and I don`t expect that either. Expect more club action and a few bigger ones like th lovebase.

If big, top-name DJs are booked, typically they'll play in both the parade and an after-party.
