I very, very, very much beg to differ on that first sentence.

You obviously never saw him live.

I thought the interview was pretty good and DID ask some questions that a lot of the interviews we are used to don't ask. The guy definitely is a talented producer and constantly bombs the EDM scene with hit after hit. I think we can expect his productions to be thrown down in the clubs for a long time now. And I cant wait to catch another dj set from him, he is just great!

I dont know if any other person out there doesn't have the same style but what he plays is VERY danceable music almost kinda of like house. But it really isnt straight up house. Like he said, its very melodic music. I definitely prefer it when I go out with my girl because it is easy to dance to between a couple.

But to be very honest I havent heard the style played by any dj I have ever seen going out to the clubs. So yeah, to me I would say what he spins is different from most people out there.

For the people taht dont like andy moor:

why dont ya like him? i mean like producer or dj...
be sincere and mature, not "cus him sux" answers please...

tilt - twelve
tilt - the world doesnt know
whiteroom - whiteroom
andy moor - halcyon
Brian Eno - An Ending (Ascent) (Leama And Moor Remix)
Headstrong feat. Tiff Lacey - Close Your Eyes (Dwight Van Man aka Andy Moor Remix)
Little Wonder - Eclipse (Leama & Moor Remix)
Starkid - Crayons (Leama And Moors In Loving Memory Of Starkid Mix)
Gwill Morris - Forme (Leama & Moor Remix)

I dont think a producer that is part or producer of these above tunes can be considered "bad" without a reasonable point...

the majority of the stuff you mentioned are collaborations with Andy and someone else.
But let me show you an example of why he is propably one of the most overrated producers in the scene atm.
Listen to Tilt's productions when they were still a trio (Parks, Wilson and Graham). Stuff like Rendezvous, I Dream, Children (not to mention the amazing remixes they put out) and then compare it with the new Tilt with Andy Moor. No needs for words. The music speaks for itself.

Then also listen to Andy Moor's productions when he was at Baroque. Stuff like Dark Amendments, No More, Baroteq etc and compare it to his newer stuff like Halcyon.

Then you realize that Andy moor is actually a talented producer which simply doesn't use his talent to its maximum potential nowadays. He made Tilt shit wen he joined it. He took samples from BT and put out one of the most whored to death and overrated tunes ever (Whiteroom).

He was here at a lounge in Philly so no, no tracklist. Anyone that was there will tell you it was an amazing 2 nights. Yes, he was asked to come back and is due back again soon. Like I said, he is an awesome dj.

right, I respect your oppinion and I agree...
tilt changed totally cus john graham (quivver) produces in a very diff. way of andy, and I agree tilt was better, rendezvous and I dream are classics, I could add "invisible" to the list... but tilt album is not bad produced, imo...

I noticed you know Andy better than me, cus I dont even know his older works, but the point is: maybe he's good yet, but not so good like the era you mentioned...
but you could agree taht rarely we'll find a producer that is better than 2 or more years ago...
the list is big: tijs, pvd, armene, etc... the same applies to most focused in productions like: midway where all songs he produced before first state were excellent, add m.i.k.e., airwave, david forbes, solar stone, etc... but i dont want to be offtopic, heheh...
