The CDJ200 has effects... But it's true the Denon 1000, 3500, and 5000 all have built in effects...

Whatever guys, as long as it maintains the pitch!

I'm kind of ashamed that pioneer has integrated mp3s onto their cdjs, but i guess that's the market for ya. It's enough of be cautious with wave qualities, mp3 is just even more of a headache but that's only coz i dont own the pioneer mks lol

Pioneer has many products that are skimmed, high quality and special in the industry, guess that's what makes them industry standard. My cdjs 800s never screwed up once, they're solid, but on the other hand i've used denons and numark cd players, and always notice how their faders or knobs tend to bleed, or how their platters' are always broken or have little or too much torque,

The price difference is clear and huge, but it pays off in the long run.

Because I use cdjs 800s i can understand why the 1000s are by far more expensive, the ability to save and load cues to memory saves you all the time, as oppose to cueing a beat everytime you use a cd. I think time issues like that could really make all the difference.

If you swear by pioneer and Allen&Heath then you'd be well safe in the sense of quality, efficiency and strong rigid boxes

I've used Numark for over 2 years. CDN-88 and Axis 8 were the one I was using most of the time. I also tried the Denons but didn't like them. Gemini few times...hate them. Numark is from what I tried the best brand. I have no doubts that Pioneer stuff is better, of that I am sure, but I wouldn't pay 3000 bucks for 2 players and an fx machine when I can get this stuff for 2000$ with Numark. +, if you travel with your stock, Numark integrate the sfx in the players (CDN-88,90,95 and Axis 8 and 9 are a few exemples).
