On another note, hotel prices start dropping around that time so if you can get a few buddies to go with you, it's not too expensive to stay overnight.

I was there last year. Or was it the year before? Anyway, I paid around $250 a night for 3-bedroom condo and it was awesome. There were actually like 10 of us in the condo. I think regular hotel rooms were like $79-$99 a night. Can accomodate up to 4 ppl I guess. It's the very end of the season and it's all just a bunch of drunk kids who are not going to pay regular season rates. It's not a bad time though.
