Off sync delay, notes getting off time, having to restart sequencer to resync to midi clock every hour or so, totall freeze up if you try to tweak too much/fast while playing, having to press the panic butten every 5 minutes... I can go on forever. I've tried with sx3, FL, and ableton, all exactly the same problems. I've tried tons of different buffer size settings, different master asio drivers (including the Virus TI Asio Driver that comes with it), I tried buying a PCI USB Card like they recommend, nothing. I tried on other computers. All the same shit. Just go read TI forums to substantiate my claims. (Theres a thread about you there too btw) Everyone has the same problems. It's access's fault, not my setup. The TI part (why we bought it) is a totall failure.

Same here. Mine also has problems without using the software part of it. I used it with midi, I have to unplug it about every 5 min.
Its always making crazy high frequency noises and going blank.
Most unstable synth I have ever owned. I am a access fan and have used or owned the virus models a, b, c, ti, rack synths.

I'm sure they will do what they need to do to fix it. But for now it has problems.

I've passed your concerns along - I'm wondering, does the same problem also happen when you use straight MIDI connection?

And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.

For any canadians wanting this, I got mine last month from www.savedbytechnology.com. 1-day shipping from TO to Montreal, and not that much more expensive than the US.

No need.. if your friend really works at access theres no way he was unaware of these problems.. EVERYONE has them.. they must get tons of emails about it daily..
