We should have a TOTA animal eating party. That, the king of all roasts, and we'll do a turducken as well. With the turkey in brine for 24 hours beforehand.

I really just want an excuse to grill. In fact, I did up some pork burgers with sauteed onions this evening, in this frigid crap outside. We've got a bigass Broil King natural gas grill hooked up to the gas line in our house, and a good ol' Weber Big Green Egg charcoal grill for the goods.
I really want a Weber Summit Platinum D6, natural gas. A friend of my parents has one, and it is the best built and most awesomely feature-filled grill I've ever seen. I vow to have one when I get my first house.
