Of course.

As for the lesson on "evolving"...like said, you do not ALWAYS have to mix in key for it to sound good. By using a program like that, it will encourage people to ALWAYS mix in key, which IMO is limiting.

God forbid we have computers mix everything and completely remove the human touch just because it will be "technically" perfect.

I get shit on this forum for using ableton to mix, and I get shit for harmonically mixing using my ears instead of a program...ffs man I dunno what to do anymore.

And the crack comment was clearly a joke. "woosh" would be the correct term here I think.

Havnt read that, but imo, its not the tool, its how you use it, and that applies for everything.

Dear Boomer187,

The price of $58 includes free updates for this version of the product. The algorithm was developed by a wonderful German guy named Alexander Lerch. His work is currently being used in Ableton Live!, Steinberg and Native Instruments. He wrote one of the best keying algorithms available on the market. I wanted to have the highest quality analysis, so I licensed the algorithm from him. I also spent 5 months of my own time developing this product and testing it during live DJ gigs.

Take care,

a dj is their own person and can/will decide how they want to spin, end of story. i believe dj's who solely stick to vinyl, good for them. those who want to beatmatch, good for them also. at the end of the night its just music. for anyone to tell another person how they should be dj'ing its just like someone coming in and telling you how to do your job.

as for the "joke", if i was the author of the program and i came back and even saw any type of "joke" towards something i worked my ass off for. trust me if possible, i'd be takin' ya to court call me whatever you'd like i dont care.
