What kind of systems to you guys normally rent for say a hall that fits 300 people? How many watts do you normally aim for?
Do you guys go for lighting aswell? I baught my own PA. And its pretty sweet that way because i got it dirt cheap and when i do houseparties all the money comes to me.

Perhaps a sub on the floor plus a couple of nice powerful speakers up high.. if need be a foldback as well.. all depends on the size
