beats me.
this goes for any supplement containing an extract of some sort (garlic, fruits, herbs, plants, etc). It's damn near impossible for us to confirm potency or health benefits of an extract. How do we even know that the manufacturer even KNOWS which compounds are the ones that result in 'x' health benefit? |
Oh we have no idea how truthful they're being, or what the benefits really are. I'm just saying that somewhere along the line, some scientist decided that they wanted their discovered molecule to be refered to as a Bioflavanoid
