But I'm biased - I prefer L.E.D.s for durability, size, and less weight. Glowsticks always mess me up and I cannot contort the right movements at the right velocities with them. |

I like when people use them well but that seems to be rare. Generally it's some gino flinging them around and giving crappy lightshows to really sober people.
I've never had an issue with selection at a large dollar store, I think the one at Fairview mall is good. I for one, however, quickly learned the downfall of dancing with glowsticks. Apparently they are beakons to attract all the sketchers, that's ok I just don't like the demanding sketchers. Last time I had audience of about 5 people drooling within about 2 min...one of whom actually ordered me to not stop dancing and became angry.
