I've been to Space and Cielo and both are top notch clubs for completely different reasons. I'm surprised Cielo made it, as it's so small. I've seen some big names there (Zabiela, Howells, Seaman, Sasha), but as they can only hold 300-350 people, the megaclubs in NY usually book all of the DJs that I would expect to vote in this poll.
And +1 to the person that commented on the UK bias. There's quite a few in there that I've heard are great, but there's no way that they've got almost half of top 50 clubs in the world, 10 in London alone.
