Not that I'm a big a fan of the vocal version of "Power Of American Natives" myself. However, the track itself (with the vocal) still has nothing on cheesy trance of today.
Actually though, when it comes to what's labelled as "cheese" by the majority here, a lot of the soulless software attempts to emulate the 1999 "anthem" sound are much worse in terms of production values than just about any DJ Sammy track.

PvD played and plays Trance but he never ever was a Trance-DJ. He can make Depeche Mode like tunes, Madonna like and more. I myself call him an old-skool DJ and that is probably not far away from the truth. Listen to his early sets, then listen to recent Fritz Soungarden sets and you will agree.
