The job of ASOT is to play the latest dance tunes = trance and house. If the new trance releases aren't good enough, then he resorts to the ones comparativel more 'housey'.

I just heard ASOT and its not all that bad, Armin is awesome and I can't wait to see him next week @ decadence. I hope he doesn't play tracking treasure down.

The only thing I dun like about him is his love for 'cheeeesseee'.

personally i'd rather armin stay away from it because he's just going to fuck it up just like trance.

he plays all the house tunes that have been played out a year and his listeners think its the shit because he's playing it. i've been saying it for a while now, but both armin and tiesto are starting to play more and more housey tunes because they are trend followers not trend setters...

what's the effect? you're going to get a bunch of kids trying to make that sound because they want armin to play their tracks...it's no good if you ask me.

Then again Armin did use to produce some house stuff way before he got famous... so maybe he's just getting back to his roots?

No. I've found it hard enough finding music away from the stuff he's playing, if he moves into that I'm homeless
