i have, but for preview purposes. i'd never ever try making money with something i've downloaded illegally, so i would never play mp3s from p2p out and i won't play them in my bedroom either. i have at least some morals and i support the scene unlike some of the people here it seems.

Also refering to your comment about not even spinning downloaded music in your bedroom, how is that different than preview purposes? I do not support spinning illegal music - I am just puzzled by your judgement. I agree totally that its wrong, however I see nothing wrong with trying a track out - even if you spin it for a test drive. Also think of the radio - thats how we go buy CDs is because we hear it first . So as long as your not booked somewhere charging a cover - i say burn away.

no, beacause if you dl from p2p and spin those tracks you're not supporting the scene. but if you only spin bought tracks you are supporting.

And if you download movies for "preview" purposes, that is supporting?

Music can just as easily be downloaded for "preview" purposes.
