If you really want eq's, you can buy a separate eq module for it, or three of them (at $2000 a piece) if you want permanent eqs on each channel. Similarly, the Rane MP2016 offers the XP2016 expansion if you really need eqs.
But basically, there are no eqs on the stock unit. Traditionally, all transitions are done with the volume pots only. But the hi-pass filters do the job quite nicely. You get the hang of it. The one I used had no eq units, but it did have a VF-1, which was awesome. It also had a crossfader, for some reason. I don't know why the hell anyone would buy that (another $2000) for a V6, it kinda defeats the purpose: pure mixing.
